The property is located at 602 E. Liberty St. at the southwest corner of Route 12 and Route 176 in Wauconda, Illinois. The Walgreens had approximately 10 years of firm term left on their lease.
The Walgreens is adjacent to a strip center anchored by Dollar Tree and O’Reilly’s, which is also for sale.
